What to Do in the Event of a Claim

1. Relax! Don’t add stress to an already upsetting situation! Yes, a claim can be an inconvenience, but we can work through it together!
    
2. Gather as much information pertaining to the claim as possible and have it available to answer questions. This will enable us and/or your insurance company to either make recommendations to you about how to proceed with your claim or file a detailed claim. Feel free to get an estimate done.
    
3. Contact our office.
   If it is after hours and you can wait until our office is open, please feel free to do so.
   
   If it is after hours and is an emergency (there are injuries, or you are unable to continue residing at your home, for example), please see below for claims contacts for each company we represent.
